A Power of Attorney (POA) is a critical legal mandate required by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). This document grants Hutchinson Brokers the legal authority to represent your interests, allowing us to conduct customs business, file entries, and manage compliance obligations on your behalf. Without a valid POA on file, we cannot legally clear your cargo through the port of entry.
